Director, Events & Programs | GBA
Carla Battle is the Director, Events & Programs for the Global Business Alliance (GBA). In this role, Carla plans and executes GBA’s large portfolio of events and conferences including the Spring and Fall Tax Conferences, a series of roundtables and dinners for senior executives, and an end of year gala. Prior to joining GBA, Carla spent 8 years at Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) where she was responsible for providing member companies with sector- and country-specific events and conferences both on national and international levels.
Carla is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) where she obtained her Digital Events Strategist (DES) certification during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
